Vacuum the wall using a soft brush to remove dust and particles laminate. Wipe the wall with a damp cloth to pick up the remaining dust and dirt. Pour primer in a paint tray. Paint the primed surface with a latex top coat of your choice, using the same procedures as steps 4 and 5. Allow the topcoat to dry for 24 hours before installing the switch and outlet covers.
